We’re delighted you’re travelling with Dance4Two! These terms and conditions set out what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. We’ve tried to set this out as clearly as possible \u2013 clear agreements only make for a better trip.<\/p>\n
These terms and conditions apply to all trips, weekends and festivals booked through Dance4Two. \u201cTraveller\u201d means anyone on whose behalf a booking is made. \u201cLead booker\u201d means the person who requests the booking and is thereby also responsible for the fellow travellers they register.<\/p>\n
All trips offered by Dance4Two are package travel arrangements. The statutory rights that apply to package travel therefore apply to your booking.<\/p>\n\n
We compile our travel offers with care. Obvious errors or mistakes in an offer \u2014 for example in the price \u2014 are not binding on us. Offers are valid while, and to the extent that, stocks last, and are subject to availability with our partners.<\/p>\n\n
The package travel contract is formed as soon as the traveller submits the booking via the website. The traveller immediately receives an automatic booking request confirmation. Dance4Two then checks the booking for completeness, availability, selected extras and the accuracy of the total travel price. Within 24 hours, the traveller receives the final booking confirmation. Obvious errors or missing information will be corrected in consultation with the traveller.<\/p>\n\n
Anyone who makes a booking for several people is the lead booker and is liable for all obligations arising from the booking, including on behalf of fellow travellers. The lead booker ensures that fellow travellers are aware of these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n
The total travel price is stated with the trip and includes the services explicitly mentioned. Services that are not expressly mentioned, such as individual meals, insurance or flights, are not included unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n\n
When booking your trip, you pay a deposit of 15% of the total travel price. You must pay the remaining balance no later than four weeks before departure. If you book within six weeks of departure, the full total travel price is payable immediately.<\/p>\n
If you do not pay on time, we will contact you. If we are unable to resolve this together, Dance4Two may cancel the booking; in that case, the cancellation costs set out in Article 11 are payable.<\/p>\n
Have you booked separate flight tickets with us or had us arrange them on your behalf? Different payment and cancellation terms of the airline may apply to these \u2014 see also Article 11.<\/p>\n\n
You are personally responsible for:<\/p>\n
We are happy to provide information on this, but the ultimate responsibility lies with you.<\/p>\n\n
We expect you to follow the reasonable instructions of our tour leaders when booking and during the trip, to be present at departure points on time, and not to inconvenience other travellers. We also recommend taking out cancellation insurance. See Article 19 for the mandatory travel insurance.<\/p>\n\n
Do you want to change something after your booking, such as the room arrangement or a name change? Please let us know in writing or by email as soon as possible. We will do our best to process changes but cannot guarantee this. Costs may be associated with a change, depending on what our partners (hotels, airlines) charge for this.<\/p>\n\n
You may transfer your booking to someone else, subject to conditions, provided that person meets all the requirements of the trip. Please notify us of a transfer in writing as soon as possible. Any costs our partners charge for a name change will be passed on to you.<\/p>\n\n
If you cancel your trip, the following cancellation costs apply (as a percentage of the total travel price):<\/p>\n
Cancellations must be made in writing or by email. The cancellation date is the date on which we receive your cancellation. Flight tickets and other separately purchased components may be subject to different cancellation costs, for example those of the airline.<\/p>\n\n
Sometimes changes to a trip are unavoidable, for example due to circumstances at a hotel or carrier. We will inform you of significant changes as soon as possible. In the event of a substantial change, you have the right to refuse the change; we will then discuss a suitable alternative together.<\/p>\n\n
Dance4Two may cancel a trip due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances (see Article 15). We will let you know as soon as possible and will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as rebooking or a refund.<\/p>\n\n
Our trips always go ahead, regardless of the number of participants. This does not alter the fact that, in exceptional situations \u2014 for example due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances \u2014 a trip may still need to be changed or cancelled.<\/p>\n\n
Sometimes circumstances beyond our control \u2014 such as extreme weather, natural disasters, war, terrorism or government measures \u2014 mean that a trip must be changed, postponed or cancelled. In that case, we will work with you to find the best solution, within the limits of what can reasonably be expected of us.<\/p>\n\n
We do everything we can to ensure your trip runs as announced. Local circumstances (such as roadworks, weather or opening hours) may sometimes make adjustments to the programme necessary. We will keep you informed of this as best we can.<\/p>\n\n
If you run into difficulties during the trip, we will do what can reasonably be expected of us to help you, for example by putting you in touch with the appropriate local assistance services or by providing practical support.<\/p>\n\n
Dance4Two makes every effort to ensure your trip goes as smoothly as possible. If something goes wrong due to a failure on the part of Dance4Two or of a partner we have engaged, Dance4Two is liable for this in accordance with the rules of Dutch law and any applicable international conventions and EU package travel legislation.<\/p>\n
Dance4Two is not liable for damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control, from your own acts or omissions, or from unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits liability for damage resulting from intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of Dance4Two, and nothing in these terms and conditions affects the statutory rights you have as a traveller, for example under package travel legislation.<\/p>\n\n
The traveller is required to have appropriate travel insurance throughout the entire trip, with sufficient cover for medical expenses, repatriation, luggage and assistance.<\/p>\n\n
Do you have a complaint during the trip? Please report it to your tour leader or to the relevant service provider on site as soon as possible, so that we have the opportunity to resolve the problem immediately. If possible, also record the complaint in writing, for example by email.<\/p>\n\n
If your complaint was not (fully) resolved during the trip, please submit it in writing as soon as possible after returning home to info@dance4two.nl, with a clear description. We take every complaint seriously and will respond within a reasonable period.<\/p>\n\n
